Dr Gordon Rye Speaks: Sharing Techniques with Friends and Neighbors

I am grateful to Protech Dental Studio sponsoring my presentation “The Art of Facial Dentistry:  In the Blink of a Smile” to Northern Virginia Dental Associates dentists at the Tower Club last week.  The presentation explains my innovative approach for customized life-changing smiles.  Based on setting each new smile properly in the context of the patient’s unique facial characteristics, I have established an inspiring new means to achieve superior cosmetic outcomes.  Techniques I have developed draw upon the neuromuscular range of physiologic rest, the LVI Golden Shimbashi, and the Golden Mean Gauge to set the vertical dimension of occlusion.  My approach is both global and truly original, setting both the vertical dimension of occlusion and the vertical position of the maxillary incisal edges in the face, early in the treatment planning stages for exceptional aesthetic results.  My presentation shared information to enrich the audience’s practices and improve their clinical skills with new tools and insights to apply to their cosmetic treatment plans.
