During the sedation dentistry process, you will be given a small pill to take an hour before your appointment. Upon arriving at our office, you will begin to feel drowsy. Due to the sedative effects of the medication, sleep dentistry patients need a companion to drive them to our office and drive home following the procedure. At our office, a member of the staff will escort you into our comfort room and wrap you in a thick, warm blanket.
